RKC's Counselor in Training Program is the ideal summer camp experience for teens who have outgrown traditional camps but aren't old enough to become full counselors. This program serves as a bridge, connecting the fun, creativity and excitement of childhood camps to future leadership roles and even job opportunities.

CITs learn to be leaders, role models, and handle responsibility. They will assist in facilitating camp activities, maintain a clean and safe environment and promote fun! While still enjoying camp themselves, CITs will guide and support others, preparing them for future jobs, volunteer roles and leadership positions. This opportunity is a stepping stone towards their future.
